That Fortune 500 manager was so right about me:
I am such a mother hen.
However, he completely was wrong about needing to let my people sink or swim.
The moment I realized this, I left the corporate world and founded (and grew!) an educational consulting firm where I helped students tell their unique stories in the college application process.
After building my business to capacity, I wanted to scale my efforts online. So, I used all the digital expertise I acquired in my corporate roles and developed an online course and membership platform. As I developed my practice, I consulted with other educational entrepreneurs and coaches who wanted to improve or establish their online presence. In 2021, I expanded these efforts to help empower coaches and consultants to become effective online marketers by turning the complex world of digital marketing into a simple, effective playbook that attracts clients, drives growth, and creates a greater impact.
Now, I’m offering the same to you.
And you know what? I’m still a bit of a mother hen! And I’m still not ashamed of it, as I use my coaching and change management skills to create relationships built on trust, inspire others when they need it, and offer support whenever possible. My clients’ successes are my successes!

My mission is to help coaches and consultants create flourishing online businesses through digital and brand strategy, lead generation, and content creation and delivery. Unlike other business coaches and consultants, I have not only created a successful consulting practice, but am also a trained coach with more than 20 years of experience as a brand and digital strategist. This means I’m drawing on lived experience and a solid foundation, rather than just concepts and ideas when I work with you.

After spending more than 20 years building strong brands that connect with consumers and drive results, I can help you do the same with your brand. Your brand is your most important asset, and my role is to help you identify what makes you unique, translate that into a compelling positioning, and provide recommendations on how to execute that positioning successfully.
My fundamentals are grounded in my MBA education, where I specialized in Marketing and Strategy at the University of Notre Dame and was recognized as the most outstanding female marketer as voted on by faculty.
Award Winning Social Media Expert
I led the Social Media Practice for Kellogg North America where my team was responsible for developing and executing social media policy, execution, and strategy for 16 brands across 52 social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and Pinterest. I solidified this expertise by collaborating with Facebook and Twitter to lead social media training to ensure that my marketing team were educated on best practices.
While at Kellogg's, I was a member of the Eggo waffle team that launched innovative social media targeting campaigns, resulting in double-digit sales growth for the brand. Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO, applauded the work as one of the most effective social media campaigns of the year.
Now I use my social media marketing skills to help you amplify your brand and target your ideal audience within these critical channels.

In my corporate role, I stewarded more than $50 million in digital paid media, as well as search streams. I'm familiar with paid, owned, and earned media and can help you determine if it’s a good fit for your business. I can also help you to identify the right audiences to target and the right messages to deliver, all on the right platform.
Experienced Entrepreneur
After thriving in the corporate sector, I chose to leave to pursue more purpose-driven work (and indulge my ‘mother hen’ tendencies)! I’ve been a successful entrepreneur, growing my practice to capacity in four years. In doing so, I have experienced first-hand the unique challenges and fears associated with building a business from the ground up. I’ve made mistakes along the way and learned from the failures. I may now be advanced in my own business, but I too was in your shoes not so long ago. In partnering with clients, I draw on my entrepreneurial experiences to inspire growth and change in others and their businesses.
Scaling through Online Course and Membership Programs
When I started my educational consulting practice, I enjoyed articulating my brand identity and digital presence. After building my practice to capacity in four years, my next steps were to scale my business, increase revenue, and make a greater impact without sacrificing the quality of my services or my work/personal life balance.
And so, I created a course for parents of high school students who are concerned about finding the right college fit for their child and would like to feel less overwhelmed and stressed by the college admissions process.

Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate
Helping others reach their full potential is in my DNA. I had spent much of my career supporting others in identifying their aspirations and accomplishing more than they had ever expected. I took my skills to the next level by enrolling in the Master’s level Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate program at Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy. There I learned proven techniques on how to empower others to overcome barriers and create sustainable growth. I bring these skills to every partnership so clients can increase their effectiveness and create forward momentum. I believe that inspiring others to become the best that they can be is one of the greatest gifts that I can give and fuels my purpose.

I have two sons who have taught me so much about living life to its fullest. I’m honored to be their mother.
I have an undefeated record in tricycle racing in college. Measuring 5 feet tall certainly aided in my skill.
I love weimaraners. They can be goofy and mischievous. But their zest for life, curiosity, and devotion make them wonderful companions.
My love for adventure has taken me to all corners of the globe with my family. l've walked the Great Wall of China, roasted marshmallows on an active volcano in Guatemala and walked across the sands of Mont-Saint-Michel at low tide. I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to experience cultures beyond my own.
